Mahesh Koli started off his acting career by taking part in various Theatre competitions and winning over many awards, to acting in films later on. His first film “Devaiche Khel” was released in the year 2005, in Marathi. From there he never looked back and performed in a dozen of films in lead and side roles including working with Dibaker Banerjee, one of the finest directors of Bollywood, in his critically acclaimed Hindi Feature Films like “Shanghai” and “In the name of Tai”. Within this time span he got an opportunity to work with experienced & renowned actors like Ashsih Vidyarthi, Vikram Gokhle, Kishor Mahabole, Teja Devkar, Alka Kubal, Sharad Ponkshe etc.

Other than acting he has emerged as a talented story writer where one of his Telugu Short Film- “Amako Ante Telusu” has been awarded as a best story by the jury. Some of his remarkable works can be witnessed in the following list.
