Dhyananjay Anil Madwanna is a successful professional in the legal field. He is enrolled as an
advocate on the roll of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He owns a law firm which is
engaged in various fields of law practice like civil, criminal, consumer, family, charity, NGO,
educational, intellectual property rights, etc. He also works as a techno-legal consultant.
Dhyananjay was born in the city of Sangli which is a part of Sangli District in the State of
Maharashtra. He completed his schooling and college education in Sangli city. He completed his
law education from N.S.Soti Law College, Sangli which is affiliated to Shivaji University,
Kolhapur. He was a Shivaji University ranker in his Masters of Law degree. Furthermore, he
completed two additional degrees namely B.A. (Economics) and B. Sc (Electronics). He also has a
Diploma in Industrial Electronics Engineering i.e. D.I.E. from a reputed institute Walchand College
of Engineering, Sangli.
Being a part of many social activities since his days of college, Dhyananjay is a social activist
associated with many NGOs and a keen RTI activist. He is a regular participant in many student and
consumer movements for general social welfare. He has also worked as an Assistant Editor for a
weekly newspaper “Rajmarg” in Sangli.
He has been on the panel of various civil constructions companies as a legal advisor and has argued
cases against various eminent legal entities such as ICICI Bank, Thomas Cook India Ltd, Kolhapur
Municipal Corporation and various educational societies. He has drafted agreements for many
filmmakers as well. He is a Law Researcher and an expert in Intellectual Property Rights.
Inspired by the thoughts of Rajeev Dixit, the Founder of Azaadi Bachao Andolan during his college
days and being an ardent follower of OSHO even today, Dhyananjay is a dedicated person and a
socially and spiritually sensitive human. He is determined to deliver best results to every client and
every member of society. He believes that advocacy is not about winning or losing a case but about
constructive work in the interest of the public and in the administration of justice. “Give your best
to the world and better than best will come back to you” is his motto in his personal and
professional life.
